Plan a Visit
We are glad to know that you are interested in wanting to come to Honduras and learn about our different aid programs that we give in the different rural communities in the south of the country of Honduras.
We invite you to plan your visit so you can experience in person what Honduras Ministries is doing in these places with great needs.
A maximum of 10 can reside in the mission house. For groups larger than 10 hotel accommodations will be necessary.
Honduras entry requirements:
If you are fully vaccinated, you do not need a Covid test to enter Honduras. You need only show proof of your vaccinations. If you are not vaccinated you will need a Covid test, rapid or other, 72 hours or less prior to entry.
You will need to preregister online with the Honduran government health department. Go to the Honduras precheck site @ https://prechequeo.inm.gob.hn/Login
Setup an account within 48 hours or less prior to travel, the form is in English and Spanish.
Each team member will need to set up an account.
If the team member is traveling with family, then the family leader can establish an account for all family members.

When prompted check in as tourist. Do not select any “other reason” for your visit.
When complete you will receive a confirmation email, print a hard copy or have the form available via internet on your cell phone or tablet.
The Covid-19 test in the USA is free at the CVS pharmacies even if you do not have insurance.
If you have insurance, there is no co-pay.
Schedule your test 3 days prior to your travel date to meet the 72-hour requirement.
None. Covid vaccine proof is no longer required.
Things you (we) can do while in Honduras:
Conduct medical brigades, and small projects.
Construct a classroom for the children’s program.
Construct homes for the homeless.
Replace walls on homes made with tin or plastic with other suitable material.
Install fans and electrical lighting in church buildings and classrooms.
Most importantly, we are allowed to do VBS activities, work with the Child Enrichment Program (children's program) and we can examine children’s health conditions.
